TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

Navigation data.

The IT systems and the software procedures of this website can collect some personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols. 

Such data are not collected to be associated to identified data subjects, but, through processing and association with data held by third parties, they may allow to identify the users. Such  data include: IP addresses or computer domain names used by the visitors browsing the website, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the application time, the method used to submit the inquiry to the server, the size of the reply file, the numerical code indicating the server response status (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and to the IT environment of the user.

These data are only processed to achieve anonymous statistical information on the website use and to check its proper functionality and are promptly deleted after processing.

Data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of alleged IT crimes against the website: otherwise, web contact data are retained no more than seven days.
